Pastor Wlodek Rudnicki (MTh, Christian Theological Academy in Warsaw) was appointed in 1982 Principal of the Bible College in Warsaw, later to become the Warsaw Theological Seminary. He faithfully served in this capacity for twenty-three consecutive years, preparing and moulding future leaders. In the years 1992-2008 he was a member of the Executive Presbytery of the Pentecostal Church of Poland, serving as District Superintendent (1992-1996, 1996-2000, 2004-2008) and Deputy General Superintendent for Christian Education (2000-2004). In 1995, responding to the need in the New Life Church he took up part-time pastoring, which he has been committed to now full-time since 2004. He is married to Renata, they have one son, Krzysztof.

Piotr, an IT Project Manager, was saved as a college student (Warsaw School of Technology) in 1992. He was a member of local churches in Warsaw and in Siedlce. At New Life since 2000, serving as an elder since 2007. A home group leader for a number of years, he now coordinates the ministry of benevolence. Married to Kasia, with two children - Zuzia and Kacper.

Krzysztof is a graduate of the Faculty of Machinery and Construction at the Szczecin School of Technology, and the Theological Seminary in Ustroń. He works for a construction firm as a gauge and press tool design engineer . Saved during his studies in 1990; a co-worker in the ministries of the churches in Grifin and Piła. Since the year 2000 a member of New Life together with his family – wife Elżebieta and daughters Adrianna and Karolina. In 2007 appointed to serve the church as an elder; coordinates the home groups ministry, and together with his wife serves as a teacher in Sunday School.

Tomasz (MTh Christian Theological Academy 1995, MA Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary 1997, currently working toward PhD in Theology) is a Professor of Systematic Theology and Ethics at the Warsaw Theological Seminary. Since 2009 chairman of the Pentecostal Church Doctrinal Committee. In the years 1997-1998 he was involved in the ministry of the BethelChurch in Bydgoszcz. At New Life since 1999; in 2007 appointed an elder. He is involved in the ministry of the Word and Praise&Worship. Married to Bernadeta, with two children: Bartek and Lena.

Jan has been serving with New Life since 1989. Right from the beginning he was involved in the Praise and Worship ministry. Three years later he was set apart to serve as an elder. Jan coordinates the congregational care ministry - cares for the new believers, the sick and the needy. On a daily basis he is an economics technician, working currently as an injection moulding press operator. Married with three children - Ola, Krzys and Wojtek. His wife Iwona, school teacher and re-educator is involved in children's ministry.
